What this page covers
This is the privacy notice for merchantpipeline.com. It covers what the website itself collects. It does not cover the business contact data in the inventory we sell, which is business-to-business information handled under the terms agreed with each buyer.
What we collect
Only what you type into the sample request form:
- Your name and company
- Your email address
- The target states, revenue band and notes you give us
We do not use cookies, we do not run advertising or analytics trackers, and the site has no accounts or logins. The fonts are served from this domain, so no third-party font service sees your visit.
Why we collect it
To answer your request: to prepare the sample you asked for, to confirm the count of matching records, and to reply to you about it. Nothing else. We do not add you to a newsletter or a drip sequence.
Where it goes
The form is delivered to our inbox by FormSubmit, a form relay service, and the message is stored in Zoho Mail. Those two providers process the message in transit and at rest on our behalf. We do not sell or rent your details, and we do not share them with anyone else.
How long we keep it
Requests stay in our mailbox so we can follow up. Ask us to delete yours at any time and we will, along with any sample file prepared for you.
Business use only
MerchantPipeline serves business customers in the United States. This website is not directed at consumers, and we do not knowingly accept personal information from anyone under 18.
